Payment Options

We provide several ways for you to make your monthly mortgage payments, so you can choose the method that is most convenient for you.

Automatic Payment Drafting
There is no charge to have your monthly mortgage payment automatically deducted from your checking or savings account. To set up this free service, download an Automatic Drafting Authorization Form and follow the simple instructions. If you need assistance call our helpful customer service associates 800.648.9605.

Pay Online
This service is available to make an electronic debit directly from your checking account. You can visit the "Make a Payment" menu on this site or visit the "My Account" menu on www.optiononeonline.com and click "Pay Bill Online". Online payments made on weekends, holidays, or after 8:00 PM PST on weekdays will be processed on the next business day. Payments will be reflected on your account within 24-48 hours of payment.

Pay by Phone
Option One puts the power of choice in your hands when making a payment. We offer the use of our interactive self service application, EZ Pay, and also offer you the choice of a phone pay with one of our associates. As of 12/01/06 the charge for either of these services is shown below.

0-30 Days Delinquent (Due for current Month or 1 Payment) Fee

*0 - 6 days past due date = Free *7 - 15 days past due date = $10.00 16 - 29days past due date = $15.00 30+ days past due = $15.00

*Regardless of weekend and/or Holiday

Pay by Mail
Mail your personal check, cashier's check or money order with your monthly statement coupon in the envelope provided. If you do not have your payment coupon, please write your loan number on your check. Below are the payment mailing addresses for regular and overnight mail.

Pay by Wire Transfer
You can make your mortgage payment by wire transfer through either Western Union QuickCollect® or MoneyGram ExpressPayment®.

Find a Western Union agent near you at www.westernunion.com or call 800.325.6000. Check with Western Union for the exact fees. The wire must include your loan number and the Western Union code city “OPTION CA”.

Find a MoneyGram agent near you at www.moneygram.com or call 800.555.3133. Check with MoneyGram for exact fees. The wire must include your loan number and the MoneyGram receive code of 4513.

Additional Payments
Additional payments can be submitted by mail towards loan principal or towards your escrow account. Some loans may contain a prepayment charge clause and additional principal payments may incur a prepayment charge. If you are unsure, please review your loan documents or call a Customer Service associate at 800.648.9605.

Past Due Payments
To discuss a past due payment or a repayment plan on past due payments call 800.326.1500.
